Welcome to Kelly Right Real Estate! Thank you for choosing KRRE as your designated brokerage. The Agent Portal is where we keep ALL information for our agent tools and resources. This page is the summary of our Agent Portal and all you need to know so you can succeed at growing your business. 

You will need to review each of these sections below for critical  information and answers to Frequently Asked Questions. These printable guides are also essential to study:

We understand that getting started can be overwhelming, and there is a lot of information to cover. That is why we have built the Agent Portal broken up into sections, so you can find what you are looking for quickly. This page you are reading now, serves as your Onboarding summary of our Agent Portal and various resources. 

Our Agent Portal main page is here, www.kellyright.com/agent-portal and we will frequently refer you to it for answers to commonly asked questions. We also have included a smaller version of the Agent Portal in the section below titled, “Agent Portal: Your Company Resource Guide”.

 Note: The recorded video may be slightly outdated as the Agent Portal is constantly being updated, though it will mostly be correct.

 We strongly recommend you take the live class so you can ask questions, meet other agents and have the most current information.

REQUIRED Onboarding Orientation Class

 This mandatory class is taught by one of our broker liaisons, Kendra Jenks. If you can’t make the upcoming meeting, you may join another one, as it is the same training every Wednesday. 
 
This very important Orientation covers everything you need to know about being an agent with Kelly Right Real Estate.

 You will learn how to use the Agent Portal, our transaction and commission process, broker & staff introductions and their contact information, branding/logos/marketing policies and materials, important forms, weekly training & monthly conference call information, office information (addresses, license #s, broker info, etc…), where to have wires/checks sent (hint: it is always the headquarters office in Spokane) and so much more!
  • You are welcome to take the classes as many times as you need, whether you are new to Kelly Right Real Estate or an agent who has been with us for a while and needs a refresh!

Quick Notes on Getting Started

Please watch your email for your Paperless Pipeline account access information, and feel free to join our private Facebook networking groups for Kelly Right agents and staff.

Also, please watch for any scam texts or emails. Sometimes, we don’t see them for several months, and other times we may see a few in a week. We have a great page of information on common scams and how to help protect yourself against them linked below.

AGENT NETWORKING

We have two, private, Kelly Right Real Estate Agent Facebook Groups both with different purposes. We encourage you to join and participate!
 
Agent Learning & Discussion Group: This group is for asking/answering real estate related questions and discussions. It is a learning group, it is not a self-promotion/listing sharing group, those posts will be deleted.
Marketing and Listing Sharing Group: This group is where you are welcomed and encouraged to share and promote your listings, open houses, referrals, marketing flyers, post about selling your extra lock boxes/signs and etc.

PAPERLESS PIPELINE

Paperless Pipeline is our secure, easy to learn, and required document system for your transactions.

SCAMS & COMPANY COMMUNICATION

Scam emails and texts are on the rise and sometimes they may look like they are coming from Joe Kelly, the company, other agents, title companies, banks and etc.

We DO send company emails and texts, and they will always be very company specific. We won’t ever randomly message you to ask “can you call me”, “can you get me gift cards”, “can you open this link”, etc… Texts from Kelly Right will be coming from our chat line:  509-400-4132

Agent Portal: Your Company Resource Guide

The Agent Portal is vital to your success. It is required that you familiarize yourself with the Onboarding and Marketing Manuals and use the Agent Portal for answers and resources.  

There are 3 main sections, Company Information & Resources, Training & Licensing and Marketing & Lead Generation. Each of these sections have subsections related to that topic. 

Your Agent Profile on kellyright.com's Agent Search

The login to the Agent Portal & your Agent Profile website is the same. Be sure to fill out your profile website so that Kelly Right staff, agents, clients and leads can find you on our Agent Search.

Step 1 – Log in to your Profile

Login account information: If you are still in the process of being onboarded, you may not have received your login information and your profile link yet, depending on the current onboarding caseload. We are still working on onboarding you and you will receive it soon. In the meantime, this page you are currently reading is your Agent Portal access page to our company tools and resources.

Login for the Agent Portal and your Agent Profile: The login to your profile is the same login info you used to access this Agent Portal. If you forget your login, it will be the same email address on your profile (you can reset the password if needed). You can do an Agent Search to find your profile if you forget which email is used.

Step 2 – Edit Your Profile

Edit your Agent Profile on our Agent Roster: Fill out your agent profile that appears on our website's Agent Search. Examples: add a profile picture, your areas served (we recommend at least 5 cities for the best lead results), your website, business social media links, your professional tagline, client reviews, designations and a short bio. If you would like to change the header image, be sure the banner image size is 1500 x 300 px.

Social Media Links: Many agents have been adding broken or incorrect social media links to their Agent Profiles. Once you save your links to your page, please click on the link to test that it works. Links will not have spaces between words, % signs, and are usually not the same as the title of your page/account. You need the correct, full website hyperlink for them to work, not the @ or #.

Step 4 –Your Agent Search Profile Website vs. kvCORE Technology Website

Second Agent Roster on kvCORE:

The previous information is for your agent profile website on Kelly Right Real Estate’s Agent Search. This enables staff, other agents, referrals, and clients to be able to find you based on your: name, location, specialties and languages at kellyright.com. 

We have a second agent roster on kvCORE, kellyrightrealestate.com. Only agents who sign up for kvCORE will appear on this second roster. If you or a client searches online for you and sees you are not on our roster, they are looking at the kvCORE website, as every agent is on our main website Agent Search on kellyright.com

kvCORE is a personalized, semi-custom website. It has powerful CMA tools, an idx listing search to help draw in leads, CRM builder, branded mobile app, lead generating tools and more. This industry leading technology is built to help your business grow. This is a website and lead generating option that you MUST actively work on in order for it to work to it’s fullest potential. We offer a lot of training and help in getting your kvCORE account started. To learn about kvCORE, visit here.

To sign up for a free kvCORE website and to appear on our second online agent roster, you must contact us to have it set up for you. We will then send you log in and training information. kvCORE websites that are not being used, will be inactivated to open up the lead opportunities and seats to those who are able to use it.

Your @kellyright.com alias forwarding email

This is a forwarding email address that sends emails it receives to your personal email address. You do not sign into the Kelly Right alias email, you cannot send emails from it and you are not required to use it. 

There is no mailbox to sign in to, or to send emails from. Your assigned yourname@kellyright.com email will automatically forward any emails sent to it, to your personal email (example to the email address you gave to us when you signed up with Kelly Right, so your hotmail, yahoo, gmail, icloud… etc.) You then reply to those emails from your personal email provider.

Alias emails are a mix of your name. It will usually be your first initial, then your last name, followed by @kellyright.com.

Example: If your name is, Gerard Smith, your Kelly Right email address would be: gsmith@kellyright.com.  If this email address has already been assigned to another agent or employee with a similar name/initials, then we will give you an alternate version such as: gerard@kellyright.com,  smithg@kellyright.com, gerardsmith@kellyright.com or something similar.

If you prefer to set up your own professional, real estate email address where you can send and receive emails, there are options through companies like GoDaddy.

Office & Broker Guide by State

Use this document for your local office & corporate office information.

License #s, Brokers, Addresses, MLS IDs, HUD Homestore, etc.

Corporate Office Guide: This section of the guide covers corporate office information such as:

Local Office Guide by State: You can quickly select your state and/or region to find your broker's information and license #, broker liaison contact, kvCORE website, MLS information, office license #s, office address and more.

Summary:

  • Update your Company information to “Kelly Right Real Estate”.
  • DO NOT shorten the company name.
  • Update your brokerage information in all your marketing materials and business information.
  • MUST have your phone number on your listings, ShowingTime, etc.

Update Your Office & Contact Information

If you were previously with another agency, make sure to update your company name to Kelly Right Real Estate. Do Not shorten “Real Estate” to “Realty”.

By not having your office information current, the state and MLS/ Associations consider this “deceptive and false advertising” and they can and will fine you for not having your correct office information updated.

Examples of places to update/edit:

Your website(s), your website domain link, email signature, email address, Facebook business page, voicemail message, cover photos, logos, Realtor.com profile, Zillow profile, LinkedIn, Yelp profile, Google profile, blog, YouTube channel, Instagram, business cards, postcards, printed signs, domain name re-directs to updated websites.

Common real estate websites to update include: Realtor.com, Zillow.com, Land.com, Homes.com, LandAndFarm.com,

Contact Number:

Be sure you have your personal phone number in your MLS profile, in ShowingTime, all your marketing and on your listings.
It is important to have your contact information in your marketing where you can be reached directly. Agents have missed out on Showing Time appointments and after hours calls because they have not put a phone number on their listings where they can be reached.

Company Conference & Training Calls via Zoom

Kelly Right Real Estate’s monthly Zoom Conference Calls and Weekly Agent Trainings are hosted by President, Joe Kelly. The Conference Calls are on the second Tuesday of every month. The Weekly Agent Trainings are on every Tuesday. If the date or the joining information changes, we will send out email notices. We send reminder emails with the access information prior to the call. You do not need to join by video if you do not want to, you can call in by phone instead.

  • Joe will mute the participants at the beginning of the call.
  • You can ask questions via the chat box.
  • Please keep messages in the chat box to a minimum. 
  • Joe will unmute agents and open up for questions at the end of the call.
  • You do not need a Zoom account to join the call. 
  • The call is usually 45 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on the content.
  • You do not need to contact us if you will or will not be attending.
  • You can join by phone if you do not want to join by video.
  • Please review the Zoom instructions in the links above.
  • We will email a recording of the call sometime later that day or week.

Marketing & Branding

Kelly Right encourages you to be creative with your branding, however state regulations vary on what is and is not allowed. You must use the Kelly Right Real Estate name on all of your branding.

Visit the Marketing & Advertising Portal and review the Brand Guide for information on marketing resources and company policies before designing and/or purchasing marketing materials. You are not required to purchase the designs through Kelly Right.

The Marketing Portal contains Kelly Right logos and other marketing materials.

Regus Office Information

Kelly Right Real Estate is dedicated to our agent’s self-empowerment in providing flexible, easy to use, professional and affordable work space options through Regus.

Regus is part of the IWG network, and with your on-demand membership through Kelly Right, you’ll enjoy access to co-working spaces at over 3,000 locations, which includes all IWG brands such as Spaces, Open Office and Basepoint.

Summary of Company Information

  • Print and review your Onboarding Manual. This is an overview of the Agent Portal and company procedures and resources. (You can print in black and white to save ink as it there is a lot of color on the pages).
  • Print your Onboarding Checklist to review and update your progress. The last two pages are blank  for you to add goals and tasks to your checklist at any time.
  •  Print the Onboarding email you received, or write down your profile link and log in information in the Manual. 
  • Take the Onboarding Class over Zoom with Kendra, details in the link. The class is every Wednesday. If you are unable to attend, you can request a recording from Kendra at kjenks@kellyright.com or you can attend a different week.
