Regus Introduction
Kelly Right Real Estate is now offering easy to use, professional, affordable and flexible Regus workspace options to our agents.
Regus is part of the IWG network, and with your on-demand membership through Kelly Right, you’ll enjoy access to co-working spaces at over 3,000 locations, which includes all IWG brands such as Spaces, Open Office and Basepoint.

There are small fees that are to be paid directly to Regus only when you are using the space. These are very reasonable rates, and you receive a discount through Kelly Right. We do not take any portion of these fees.
Everyone will receive a “Welcome Email”; however, this is fully optional, and you do not have to use the Regus space if you do not want to. However, for agents who need to hop into an office for a quick meeting, want to book a conference room, need a quiet space to work on a listing, to make copies, etc… this is an excellent office space option for this.

Regus is part of the IWG network, and with your co-working membership you’ll enjoy access to co-working spaces at over 3,000 locations, which includes all IWG brands such as Spaces, Open Office and Basepoint.
Follow the instructions below to gain immediate access.
Step 1: Download App or Access Regus Online
Step 2: Open the app and click on “REGISTER”
You must use the same email address where you are receiving this communication today to complete your registration. Your profiles, benefits and contractual discounts are linked to this address.
Step 3: Follow the screen prompts to complete your registration. You will receive an email with a verification code which you will input in the “Confirm email” step.
Step 4: After entering your verification code, you will be prompted to complete your personal profile and set up your password.

THE REGUS APP
For immediate access to our centers, please download our free Regus App, available on the App Store Google Play. Use the App to access the network, find and book space and manage your account. It provides a digital version of your membership on your mobile device, which you can show on arrival at Regus centers to gain access.
Use the Regus App to register your account. You must register your Regus account using the same email address we’ve emailed you at today.
Your profiles, benefits and contractual discounts are linked to this address.
You can access the Regus App from your iPhone or Android device to find and book space on the go.

What if I can't find my Welcome Email?
Anyone onboarded to Kelly Right before July 15th should have received their Welcome email from IWG / Regus. This email is NOT a scam or spam.
Agents who have joined after this date will receive your email soon as we update the Regus roster. If you are an agent that should have received the email already but did not, it likely went to your spam folder. You do have a Regus account and can log into it with the following instructions.

3. Registering Your Account & App
App Registration Instructions:
Follow these instructions to gain immediate access to your account, you can also open the below printable App User Guide with photo instructions.
- Download the App and click "REGISTER"
- Register with your assigned @kellyright.com alias email address that was sent to you when you were onboarded with Kelly Right. About your alias email here.
- Click the box to accept Regus' terms and follow the screen prompts.
- The app will prompt you for a verification code, which will be emailed to you. Remember, your @kellyright.com alias email sends to your regular email address that we have on file for you.
- You will receive an email with a verification code. Enter and confirm your verification code in the app.
- You will be prompted to complete your personal profile and set up your password.
- If you have any questions about the registration process or need further assistance, you will need to contact the IWG team at enterprise.support@iwgplc.com

About your Kelly Right alias email address.
You MUST use the same email address where you are received your IWG/Regus account email to complete your registration. Your profiles, benefits and contractual discounts are linked to this address. You will not be able to access your account if you use a different email address.
This email will be your Kelly Right Real Estate’s alias email. For example, if you name is James Smith, your email in most circumstances will look like, your first name initial, then last name: jsmith@kellyright.com
This alias email was assigned to you in your Kelly Right Onboarding email when you joined Kelly Right. There is no mailbox to sign in to in order to receive emails sent to it. Emails sent to your alias email will be automatically forwarded to your personal email that we have on file for you.
Example, if your personal email is xyz123@yahoo.com, then emails sent to your alias@kellyright.com email can be opened and replied to in your xyz123@yahoo.com email inbox.
5. Legal Addresses & Locations

Regardless of which Regus office you decide to use, our company addresses will remain the same. Wire transfers are always preferred but checks absolutely must go to the Corporate Headquarters office in Spokane.
It is very important that any address you use on forms and your marketing matches the legal addresses that we have registered with the MLS and State. These addresses can be found in the Office & Broker Guide by State document.

8. Regus Fees & End of Year Taxes
Regus Fees
There are small fees for booking office spaces that you will pay directly to Regus. They are very reasonable rates, and you receive a discount through Kelly Right Real Estate. We do not take any portion of these fees. Fees are variable by location. You will be able to see what these are in your account when you look at locations and booking types. More on this in the training.
Aside from booking office spaces and conference rooms, you can also purchase prints, coffee, snacks, lunches and etc.
Using the Regus spaces are fully optional, and you do not have to use the Regus space if you do not want to, though you will still receive a Welcome email from Regus.
For agents who need to visit an office for a quick meeting, want to book a conference room, need a quiet space to work on a listing, to make copies, etc… this is an excellent office space option.
Business Expenses for End of Year Taxes
Within your Regus account, you have the ability to pull up a report of all your business expenses you spent on Regus for the year. This will be covered in the training on Monday, 8/14/2023. Training details are at the top of this page. That training will be recorded and added to this page.

9. Office & Broker Guide by State
Use this document for your local office & corporate office information.
License #s, Brokers, Addresses, MLS IDs, HUD Homestore, etc.
Corporate Office Guide: This section of the guide covers corporate office information such as: email addresses to use for paperwork, where to find resources, HUD Homestore/NAID # information, company social media pages, transaction coordinator details, etc.
Local Office Guide by State:You can quickly select your state and/or region to find your broker's information and license #, broker liaison contact, kvCORE website, MLS information, office license #s, office address and more.
