Outstanding service on a very complex commercial sale
Working with Dan Johnson to sell a commercial property in Post Falls, ID was an unexpected pleasure! This was a genuinely complicated sale with damage and waste left by a previous tenant, disputed access issues with the city, an out-of-state proxy representing the seller and other legal issues and time constraints. But Dan handled and overcame every obstacle with patience, professionalism and integrity and brought us to a closing with a very good price and with time to spare! He kept me informed every step of the way and never let a problem slow our progress. Dan is an excellent communicator and a man of his word. He treats his clients and everyone else with consideration and respect. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a real estate agent who solves problems as they arise and truly cares about getting the job done right and on schedule!
