How it Works

When an agent requests a Mentor, we contact KRRE agents in their area who have signed up to mentor interested agents and confirm their availability. Once matched, we send an email to the Mentor and Mentee with each other’s contact information and the Mentor Agreement.

Both the Mentor and Mentee review and sign the Mentor Agreement. Following the terms of this agreement the Mentee’s first three transactions will be tracked and noted in Paperless Pipeline so the commission will be correctly distributed. See here for Paperless Pipeline help and instructions.

If you are interested in participating in the Mentor program as either a Mentor or as a Mentee, please email us at broker@kellyright.com.

Mentor Program

Kelly Right Real Estate offers a Mentor program for interested agents (Mentee) to gain knowledge, learn the fundamentals and build confidence in their real estate business through guidance and advice from an established and experienced real estate professional (Mentor).

The Mentor Agreement establishes a mentoring relationship for the first 3 transactions after signing. The Mentee agrees to pay the Mentor a 30% commission split on the first 3 transactions. The Mentor agrees to be available and make a concerted effort to provide guidance and support from start to close on these 3 transactions. We welcome Mentors with at least 5 years active real estate experience, industry knowledge, and an excellent record of client service. Mentors support and guide mentee through 3 transactions, explaining the industry, market, contracts, and keys to effective client relationships.Mentors make a real commitment to teach and help the Mentee grow. Mentees agree to respect their Mentor’s time and utilize this partnership to actively learn and ask questions as they complete these 3 transactions.Final review and consultation remains available with the Designated Broker/Principal Broker.  All transactions remain the responsibility of the Designated/Principal Broker and Kelly Right Real Estate. If you are interested in participating in the Mentor Program, please email broker@kellyright.com.

Agent Referral Rewards Policies

*We will direct deposit the referral payment to you after the Referral Agent joins any of our locations and has paid 3 months of standard membership dues once promotional or free periods have elapsed. Returning Kelly Right agents do not qualify. The Referring Agent’s name must be listed on the Referral Agent’s joining paperwork’s “Referred By” line, OR this Agent Referral Rewards Form must be submitted to Kelly Right prior to the Referral Agent joining.

If there are multiple claims for the referral payment, we will split the referral payment between all Referring Agents listed.  If there is a discrepancy, we will default full payment to who the Referred Agent has written as their Referral source on their joining paperwork’s “Referred By” line.
