I was a resident of Seattle from January 1993 through June 2012, raising three children there. My area of work was primarily tax law, and prior to that the financial markets with many realty transactions under the umbrella of tax law practice. I was a licensed Cpa-not active currently and a JD in law. Over 35 years experience in transaction flow and the financial and tax consequences of acquisitions and dispositions which included a substantial amount of realty transactions acquired by insurance companies and large entities.
