Born in Montana and raised in the small town of Ulm, Montana, Tavia was fortunate to spend her early years exploring all the best kept secrets this expansive state has to offer. She moved to Missoula in 2012 to attend college at the University of Montana where she earned her degree in Philosophy with an emphasis in Pre-Law and a minor in Communication Studies. She fell in love with Missoula and decided to call it home.
Shortly after graduating college, Tavia began her real estate career as a licensed assistant. She then quickly became a specialized buyers’ agent and after flourishing doing so, she decided it was time to utilize her vast experience to represent clients in every capacity possible.
Tavia has always been passionate about learning and believes it is important to stay up to date on the ever-changing and diverse Montana real estate market. She believes a house is more than just a piece of property. It is a home. When working with clients, Tavia never loses sight of how important that is. She carefully considers all the needs and wants each client has as individuals.
When she is not analyzing the market or assisting clients, she enjoys spending her time on the river, getting a taste of local establishments, and immersing herself in the community. She is a firm believer there is so much to explore in this wonderful state, and is proud to call it home!
