KNOWLEDGE OF THE REGION – I was born and raised in Washington State on a farm in a small town in Yakima Valley. I adore getting outdoors and seeking out Woodinville’s best wineries or Seattle’s hidden bistros and restaurants, enjoying the fresh seafood and Northwest cuisine, reminds us of how lucky we are to live in the beautiful Puget Sound region. UNDERSTANDING OF DIFFERENT ARCHITECTURAL STYLES AND NEIGHBORHOODS – In the Northwest, each neighborhood has unique qualities, and I know them intimately. Matching the right neighborhood and the right property to the right home buyer is always my goal.
HELPING OTHERS – I also help our community collecting and donating clothing and cell phones to a non-profit Women and Children Domestic Violence Shelter, and I help support the Children’s Hospital with donations.

We have known Rosita for almost 10yrs. and consider her to be not just our agent, but our friend. She initially found the home our son purchased in Lake Stevens and then listed and sold the home a few years later, getting him a top price in a very slow market. She then worked with us for several years, while we were trying to decide where to relocate and when to sell our home in Bothell.
