Ron and Don went above and beyond in every single way. We had already bought a new place and afterwards had decided to sell our house. They were amazing. Ron caught and fixed a HUGE mistake I had made and took care of the entire repair process while I was vacationing in Mexico. Don took on a big project and made my house "show ready," giving lots of good advice. All in all, they priced my home to sell just right, communicated perfectly (even better than I would have ever expected), and always made me feel like I was a top priority. They took care of everything while I was on vacation and really lived up to their promises (even beyond!). We will be looking for another home in the next couple years and will not hesitate to ask them to help us through the process, knowing that we will be well taken care of!

I've been an out-of-state buyer and worked primarily with Ron for the better half of 2021 looking for a home in Seattle. After my introductory in-person meeting with Ron and having gone on a short tour of the neighborhoods that he recommended for my price range, I was won over right away by his market knowledge, design sophistication, and genuine directness. In the many months that followed, I had requested Ron to tour no less than a few dozen properties, before landing one in Sunset Hill that met all of my criteria. With each tour, Ron would tirelessly record videos to diligently capture every corner and exterior of each house to make sure I got a clear view to the lay of the land. I always joke with him that he brought his special skill as a talkshow host when he narrated his video recordings. During closing, Ron continued to stay on top of the process and made sure I was informed at every update and of each detail. I am very pleased to have met and worked with Ron and would partner with him on all future transactions in a heartbeat.

Wow. Wow. Wow. That is what I have to say about Ron and Don as my Realtor representatives. I was really, I mean REALLY, impressed. I have worked with several Realtors in the past and most were exceedingly unimpressive, so I was starting with a low bar.. but oh boy, I have raised my expectations after working with these guys. They are very knowledgeable but did not push their own agenda; they really listened to what was important to me. They added value in every part of the process (I needed a lot of help as I was selling while I was physically in another state.. during a pandemic – they did a lot to assist me!) We needed to move fast, and they kept on top of every task and were all over ever getting things done. They have excellent marketing support etc. What impressed me most of all is that they really care about doing the right thing. While they were fully representing me as the seller they care about the buyer as well, which I really appreciated and respect. Count yourself lucky if you can get these guys to represent you. I was very satisfied.
