Melissa is the commensurate professional that home buyers want to work with. She's honest with her buyers and is there for them every step of the way. My wife and I bought our 1st home with Melissa's help. She's our go to Agent when it comes to anything real estate related.

Melissa Fletchall was fabulous. My boyfriend and I were both going through divorces. She sold my old house and got us into our new home. She took her time and we looked at so many houses, she also was able to arrange it on our schedule. There were some days we were out all day even into the early evening hours. She was honest with us from the beginning. She helped us by pointing out what we should look for etc. When we had a problem with our first lender, she immediately recommended Julie Johnson work Wallick and Volk. When we had issues with our title company, she made calls and for that sorted out quickly working with our lender. When we found our house that checked all our boxes, she went to work and made us get the home we fell in love with. She handled everything for us and we are so appreciative of her. Thank you so much

My experience with Melissa has been above and beyond! I have never met a realtor (...and I have had 3) who is so determined, so hardworking, and so authentic as her! I truly feel spoiled! I can't ever imagine doing business with anybody else. Period, flat out! My trust is in her. She actually proved that to me in not just one way, but honestly, in MULTPILE ways. My situation was a bit complicated and was left with a MESS from my previous realtor, well here came Melissa and never once did she leave my side and has continued to be right there whenever I have needed her. She has been such a blanket of comfort, and security! I have so much more I can go on and on about, but trust in the fact from person who had two horribly bad experiences from realtors, Melissa and her team is exceptional! A true, one-of-a-kind gem!
