I have lived in the Coeur d'Alene area for 49 years and have been selling real estate for 24 of that. I've been a utility lineman for a large power line company and I've also worked in the mining industry in Mullan Idaho when I first arrived to the beautiful North Idaho area. "We are extremely happy with Ken. We are very demanding CA buyers looking to relocate to Idaho & Ken has gone out of the way to do everything from meet contractors & handle inspections so we haven’t had to make extra trips out there. He spent a week driving us all over the area & had set up numerous homes to see. He even talked to us about viewing some homes that were pending in case they didn’t go through which it turns out does happen during winter so there are some great homes we might be able to make offers on without having to make such another long trip out. He knows the whole area from Kootenai to Bonner & we had a much better grasp on it by the time we came home. If you are relocating to the area - Ken is especially skilled to help you. He’s very honest. I should have led with that probably lol! We’re very excited to move to the area & I’m sure he will become a important person in my families lives while we get situated up there.
