Ken
Iwata
Washington
Seattle, WA

My name is Ken.
I have had a successful and challenging career in the IT profession for many years. I have worked for large local firms and have enjoyed the challenge of being in a high demand industry. During my career, I have always had an interest in real estate. I didn't realize that by tracking the market, investments, and being apart of multiple transactions it would lead me into my next phase of my career and become a real estate broker.
My degree in financing from UW with a concentration in accounting has formed my natural understanding of analyzing home investments, sales history, and market conditions. I even sat for and passed the CPA exam. Being used to taking continuing education, I enrolled in the Real Estate Certificate program at North Seattle College.
By choosing to work with me as your real estate broker you will find that I am personable, hardworking, and ready to guide you in your transaction.  My natural skills in financing, data analysis, and IT will drive success for working with my clients in all areas of real estate.
I teamed up with my partner, Georgia and together we have formed Synergy Real Estate Services. She has been in the real estate industry for 20 years and by having a team of professionals you benefit for having 2 for 1!

"Ken was instrumental in selling my home in Lynnwood, WA. His attention to detail and communication skills are unmatched in my many years of buying and selling real-estate. I sold my home remotely from another state and Ken's expertise in all related matters ensured and smooth and successful process. He really went above and beyond what I have observed to be the "industry standard" amongst real-estate professionals. Through the whole process I really felt his time and attention was focused on me and the sell of my home. He has my highest recommendation to anyone pursuing real-estate transactions in that area and I will not hesitate to work with him again if future endeavors bring me back out his way."

"Ken and Georgia helped me sell my home from across the country, with no headache at all. I live in North Carolina, and decided to finally sell my rental home in Washington state, which included a house full of furniture that I needed to get rid of, and even some items we requested to have sent back to us. Communication was excellent, and the whole experience went exceptionally well; and I didn't have to travel for any of it!"

"I had the pleasure of working with Ken recently on the purchase of my new home. I was impressed with Ken's knowledge and ability throughout the entire process. He was always friendly and respectful and completely professional. During the search process, he was able to provide information about locations that I may not have considered being a first time home buyer. He also made himself available whenever I found a listing that I wanted to view, something that is so important in a competitive market. Once I decided to make an offer, Ken's knowledge and experience helped put together a proposal that highlighted the strength of my package. Ken truly understands the art of negotiation, he recognizes what is appealing to both the buyer and the seller, but at no time makes either feel uncomfortable. He also has a very good understanding of the market and trends. I felt confident that the advice he was giving was solid. Most importantly, I always felt it was a communication. I never felt pressured by him. I felt he really listened to me and acted with my best interest as his highest priority. In addition, he has gone out of his way to ensure that once I am in my home I will be safe and happy. He has make recommendations for contractors who he has worked with. He also follows up to ensure that I have a good experience with anyone coming in contact with my new home. This was my first time buying a home, and I was able to purchase the home I wanted on the first offer I made. This is a very rare thing to happen in today's climate. I believe it happened because of Ken's ability to put together a great team and his skill in putting together a great offer, and his confidence in the field."

"I'm a first time home buyer and Ken was very friendly and accommodating. He was very patient and positive as I went through the process. He championed for me in this hot market and was able to convince the seller to go with my offer, despite very stiff competition. He also was completely ok with me steering certain aspects of the process. While the process of buying a house isn't perfect, he was responsive, very open to feedback and kept communication as clear as possible."
