Jerry Hornberger moved to Spokane Washington in the summer of 2000. He graduated college with a carpentry degree in 2009. After building and remodeling several homes for Homeland Investment Group, he decided to get in the Real Estate business to further expand his knowledge in Real Estate. While still working for Homeland Investment Group he helped with property management and the maintenance side of the business. He quickly realized he has a passion for negotiating the best deal for his client and you can hear that when you talk to him. Besides his passion for property management and selling homes, he really enjoys working with any and all buyers. With his unique construction knowledge, Jerry can help walk buyers through any home that might have an issue cosmetically or structurally. On his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and his three children.
