She gives you complete freedom and time to make up your mind. She will provide very honest feedback and wouldn’t try to sell you anything just to close the deal. We toured many homes with her, and even though she had to drive long distances every time, she was always available and willing. She looks out for her clients and negotiates on their behalf and that is something you really need to have on your side when you go home hunting. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent!

We had the best experience selling our old home and buying the new one with Humamah. We had specific requirements for a home that we were looking for and also the transaction contingencies which she patiently listened and provided honest feedback. When the time came to put an offer for the new home, she negotiated our requirements with the developer and bought us time to sell our old home. We negotiated 30days for selling our home, but because of Humamah's efforts for rounding up all the contractors for photos, signs, pamphlets, etc and spreading the word around, the house was sold with multiple offers the same day we listed it even with slowing market.
