Holli Shields, Realtor extraordinaire
Holli Shield went above and beyond for us and did a great job helping me get details taken care of since I am in Spokane and the house is in Yakima Valley. Several things had to be done to get the house ready for inspection. She made the contacts and handled it beautifully and I can't thank her enough for all she did. It was a very stressful time for me and she helped me in so many ways to make it easier to deal with. She is a true jewel and I am so glad I had her handling the sale of my house.

Above and Beyond Experience!
Working with Holli was an incredible experience from start to finish. We came to her looking for our first home and had very little idea of the whole process. She explained everything thoroughly and walked us through each step in the process. We gave her an idea of the home we were looking for and she was able to find quite a few that fit our requirements. She took care of all the scheduling for touring houses (we ended up seeing around 10 total) and even helped coordinate inspections for us. When showing the houses, she pointed out potential issues to help us know and understand what to look for when purchasing a home. Our closing took a little longer than normal due to some inspection related issues, but she made that process as painless as possible by explaining all the different forms we had to fill out, what our negotiation options were, and the potential outcomes of negotiating. I truly felt like she was looking after our best interests and wanted to help us find the perfect home, which we did! Highly recommend Holli if you want to work with someone who will expertly guide you through your home buying process!
