Holli was born and raised in the beautiful Yakima Valley.   She lives with her husband and youngest son, on a small lower valley farm.   They have 3 other children and 5 grandchildren!  Besides spending time with family, Holli enjoys gardening, hiking, reading, and horseback riding.  She is a musician, artist, and animal lover, and is involved with local animal rescue groups.  Their three dogs and most of their cats are rescues.
Holli knows the importance of community involvement and is an active member of her local community and church.  She is a board member and secretary for Harrah Christian Community School.  She is a pianist for the Worship Team in her church, serves as treasurer there, has taught Sunday School, AWANA, and is the project coordinator for Operation Christmas Child.  Her involvement in the women's outreach ministry includes providing clothing and other items for homeless children/families in the local school district.  Holli's past volunteer work includes time spent at North Star Lodge Cancer Center, assisting in the dietician department.   She was a mentor for Yakima YoungLives , working with young mothers and assisting with childcare during club meetings. 
Holli has been self-employed most of her life.  When her children were young, it was important to her to be at home with them.  She opened an in-home daycare center and ran this business for 20 years.   Later she started a janitorial business and estate liquidation service.  Her estate sale business, Valley Treasures LLC, placed Holli in contact with many customers also needing to sell their homes.  She was able to assist her clients work through sometimes difficult situations and help them prepare for the next step.  The process often involved cooperating with the realty agents. This opportunity inspired her to become a real estate agent herself. 
Holli's past and current work, along with her community involvement, has given her good exposure to a wide variety of people and situations.  She is very detail-oriented, good at problem solving, honest & trustworthy.  She believes that transparency in all policies and procedures is essential in building trust and in ensuring good communication with her clients.  You will be treated as if you were part of her own family.  Holli will do her best in working with YOU and put your interests first and foremost.
