Our 1st Home Purchase
Working with Frank Wu has been a pleasure from the start. With our first home buying experience his expertise as well as patience were invaluable. As we sought to find our dream home to raise our family in there was no pressure from Frank, even as it took us nearly a year to find what we wanted. A Very Happy Out-Of-State Customer
When we were looking for a home in the Seattle area, one of my friends referred Frank to me. In our initial call, Frank patiently asked our needs for a new home and gave us detailed background information about the housing market in the area. During our visit in Seattle, Frank arranged about twenty tours in our interested areas. Frank was very honest and professional. He took our calls whenever we had questions or requests, even in the late night. During the tours, Frank patiently explained features of every home, especially for the things we cared about most. He also pointed out potential issues we might face if we decided to buy the house. At the end of our visit, we were able to find a home that we were very happy with. We were also very satisfied with Frank's expertise and professionalism.
