very poor , didn’t want to leave a star.
I just purchased a condo in Kirkland WA. It was a cash offer and a quick close. Chris didn't have to do anything but provide the keys to the condo. My agent reached out to confirm the items we needed at close a week before closing day . They specially asked about the mail key. Chris confirmed everything would be there. Upon closing day we were notified that there was no mail key! Seriously ! He holds the information till closing so now I get to go to the post office wait in line and pay for a new lock! My agent was the one to offer covering the cost of the lock change , not Chris. This is how he handles a sale? I guessing he didn't make enough money on the sale to make it worth his time to make sure everything was there. Very poor customer service. Very poor agent.
