I was able to find Stefanie through one of her listings. I didn't end up buying the house that she had listed but asked her to find me a similar house. The next day I had a list of 12 places that matched what I was looking for. She always gave me good advice about the houses and the neighborhoods that they were located in as I am from out of state. I never felt pressured to buy a house and proceeded to wait until I felt I was getting the best deal. I look forward to doing more business with Stefanie in the near future.
