I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, a Master's degree in Tax, and I'm licensed to practice law in the state of Washington, all of which lend broad-based proficiency to any real estate transaction. I have personally managed more than 150 successful residential rehabilitation projects, consulted on dozens of others, and can intelligently advise buyers or sellers about virtually any real estate matter.
