Joseph Pedro may be new to Kelly Right Real Estate, but he is not new to Spokane County or the real estate industry. Joe actually grew up Washington but has lived in several states over the years. One of which was Arizona where he spent seven years in Phoenix working as a mortgage lender for Washington Mutual and First Tennessee.
Although he was a great lender, he couldn't help but feel the draw of real estate, and eventually he moved to Nashville to follow his dual dream of starting a construction company and investing in real estate. Joe found that he had a real knack for selling real estate, and on the side started to design and build custom homes that he later sold to many happy customers.
Today he is able to offer clients of Kelly Right 25 years of real estate experience, building, design and finance. With his experience as a mortgage lender and insider of the finance world he can offer his clients expert advice. Not only can he help clients find their dream home, but he can offer them additional solutions to fit their individual needs.
