Hi, my name is Debra R. Brownell. There are a lot of Realtors to help you find a home or sell your property. Here is what distinguishes me from the average Realtor and how it will benefit you.

BACKGROUND
I am a third generation Seattlite, living for six of those years in San Francisco. I graduated from the U. of Washington. I also took three additional years of Architecture at Cornish. I know Seattle and its surrounding neighborhoods very well. Prior to Real Estate I spent seven years working in the mortgage industry. This background has helped to explain financing to my clients and help them see what can work.

My husband and I were looking to buy our retirement home north of Seattle.
